Everything was fantastic during our 6-night stay, despite being in a rush.

I liked the castle building, the decoration and the atmosphere.

I was there onky one night it's not enough time.

great location to cave of el castillo. modest and spotless room with a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating for a really lovely stay. the staff - affable and helpful.

The service here is top-notch, the food is delicious, the staff is attentive and helpful, and it’s conveniently located near Church of San Miguel.

We have stayed several times this was one of the last rooms available, and clearly not one of their best. The bedroom window overlooked carpark and resturant exit, so a little noisy. The room did not have airconditioning.

no air con so would be uncomfortable if hot and rooms not very soundproof at all!

The location is great and beautiful for the price. It's close to a lovely garden, Cabarceno, Santander, and Santoña. - the breakfast is sensational with lots of food. - the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The Templo de Agua experience is a MUST - absolutely fantastic, relaxing, vivifying, calming... The spa guide was delightful and even tho' she spoke no english was able to joke with us and get us laughing. Thoroughly enjoyable pleasure. The restaurant was inundated and impossible to get a seat in so we tried the cafeteria which was more like a restaurant - so don't be put off by the name - and the food was excellent.

The daytime reception staff were impersonal, surly, rude, overly bureaucratic - the worst we have ever experienced in Spain: if it had not been for the very good points to the hotel, they could have ruined the stay being the first and last impressions of an hotel. They even did not want to take payment until we threatened to depart without paying when suddenly they were able to give us attention. Additionally we were kept awake for more than an hour in the wee small hours by a leaking tap in the room above.

Amiable staff, fantastic views of the hills, everything is fantastic. The units are new-fashioned, EXCEPTIONAL. The property has a beautiful location, adjacent to the cafe/restaurant as well as a nice cafeteria with nice view.

The place was super clean and the staff were really friendly. 🌟 It was in a great spot for getting around, near a cool café and a good dinner spot.

the hotel is well-appointed with professional staff. the location is stunning and particularly good, being close to Cabarceno, the centre, and the Santander Ferry port. 3. Convenient proximity to Casona de Fuentes Pila. 4. Good service throughout. 5. the pool is great and relaxing.

The staff here was always attentive and excellent, and the location was wonderful, allowing us to reach Church of San Miguel by foot.

The hotel is a gorgeous and clean place located in a beautiful area. the room was modern, spotless, and equipped with an individual safe, air conditioning, and a minibar. - the meals provided were fabulous and outstanding. - My overall experience was very enjoyable.

I had a great time during my 2-night stay at Gran Hotel Balneario De Puente Viesgo. the rooms were spacious and equipped with efficient AC. the WiFi connection was reliable, and the breakfast was satisfying. the staff provided excellent service, and the hotel's location is conveniently close to the Cave of el Castillo.
